The Wealth Coach for Women, Inc. has developed a Business Continuity Plan on how the firm will respond to events that significantly disrupt our business.  Since the timing and impact of disasters and disruptions is unpredictable, WCFW will need to be flexible in responding to actual events as they occur.

The following summarizes our Business Continuity Plan.

our business continuity plan

WCFW plans to quickly recover and resume normal operations as quickly as possible while protecting and safeguarding important documents and allowing clients to transact business.

Our plan addresses data back up and recovery, all mission critical systems, financial and operational assessments, alternative methods of communication with clients, vendors and regulators, and using an alternative business location if necessary.  Should the firm be unable to continue operating, clients will always have quick access to their funds.

varying disruptions

Significant business disruptions can vary in scope, such as only effecting the firm, the building housing the firm, the business district, city or whole region where the firm is located.  The level of severity of a disruption can be minimal to severe.  The firm plans to continue communicating through this website, email, or phone so you know how to contact us.  If the interruption is so severe we can no longer operate, you will be notified of the business closure and instructions on how to access your accounts and complete any outstanding steps in your financial plan.

succession plan

Should the firm decide to close, a succession plan is in place with an associate firm to continue serving our clients.  All current clients will be notified and introduced to the new firm in advance to provide a smooth transition for you.
